The plate doesn’t replace your vise. It expands what the Doosan can run. Mount it for plate work, sheet metal, large parts, or any job that needs full top-surface access. Pull it off when you need the table back for vise jobs. Or mount your vises on top. The two workflows coexist on the same machine.

  • Vacuum fixture plate, machined for your machine’s table.
  • Integrated vacuum chuck and fixture grid. No separate chuck to mount.
  • Conical locators for fast, repeatable fixture swaps.
  • Mounting hardware and installation guide.

Doosan Installation

Installs like a standard fixture plate.

The plate mounts to the Doosan T-slot table with included hardware. Past 500 x 700mm of sealed area, we recommend multiple Magnetic Venturi Kits (one per plate) for wet machining, or a high-capacity vacuum pump for dry production. For tiled configurations (multiple plates side by side), use one venturi per plate.

Vacuum Supply

Two options if your machine doesn’t have built-in vacuum.

If your Doosan doesn’t have built-in vacuum, you have two options. The Magnetic Venturi Kit is the right choice for wet machining (flood coolant) since venturis pass fluid through without needing filtration, and it’s the most cost-effective entry. For dry machining or dedicated production, a vacuum pump is more efficient long-term. The plate works with any source pulling 20 inches of mercury or better.
